The comfortable family hotel on Lake Brienz

The Hotel Oberländerhof has always been a family business. Built in 1900 in an Art Nouveau style, the well-preserved building has been lived in and run by the family for 80 years. In 2010, the family hotel passed into the hands of the third generation and is now managed by Bernhard and Jasmin Gerber.

We have everything our guests need: a wonderful location directly on Lake Brienz ;with a magnificent view, regional cooking, well-kept rooms and long-standing staff who ensure the comfort of our guests.

Take a stroll along the lakeside promenade or walk through the heart of the picturesque old village and admire the ornate carving on the houses. Finish off your hiking tour in the Bönigen and Interlaken region with a fine meal at our restaurant, or take a break during your motorcycle or bicycle tour. Whatever you’re up to – everyone finds a warm welcome with us.
